Chief Executive Officer
Mario Harik
Mario Harik leads the execution of XPO's strategy, including growth investments in customer service excellence and employee satisfaction. Leveraging his previous service as XPO’s chief information officer, Mr. Harik also oversees the expansion of network capacity and proprietary technology that are transforming the company’s operations. Prior to XPO, Mr. Harik held positions as chief information officer and senior vice president of research and development with Oakleaf Waste Management, chief technology officer with Tallan, Inc., and co-founder and chief architect of web and voice applications with G3 Analyst. He holds a master’s degree in engineering, information technology from Massachusetts Institute of Technology, and a degree in engineering, computer and communications from the American University of Beirut in Lebanon. Mr. Harik also serves on XPO's board of directors, and on the board of directors of QXO, Inc.
Chief Operating Officer
Dave Bates
Dave Bates is responsible for all day-to-day operations in XPO’s LTL business in North America, including quality of service and the customer experience, network optimization, workforce productivity, pricing and sales. Additionally, he leads the execution of initiatives specific to XPO’s growth strategy, such as capital deployments and the company’s in-house driver school operations. Mr. Bates joined XPO in 2023 following 27 years with Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc., including 12 years as senior vice president, operations, with responsibility for all operations in North America. He started his career with roles at Carolina Freight Carriers and Roadway Express.
Chief Financial Officer
Kyle Wismans
Kyle Wismans has led the company’s finance organization since 2023. He joined XPO in 2019 as senior vice president, financial planning and analysis and later served as senior vice president, revenue management and finance. Mr. Wismans has held numerous senior financial positions during his 17-year career with global public companies. Prior to XPO, he was an executive with General Electric Company and Baker Hughes, holding leadership positions as head of global financial planning and analysis for two divisions and chief financial officer for a global GE business. He also held senior roles on GE’s global audit staff. He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Michigan, Ross School of Business.
Chief Human Resources Officer
Carolyn Roach
Carolyn Roach brings over 20 years of senior experience to her leadership of XPO’s human resources organization, including executive roles with prominent companies in the industrial and financial services sectors. Prior to XPO, Ms. Roach led global talent management and diversity and inclusion at JELD-WEN, Inc. and held earlier human resources leadership positions with Corning and Bank of America Merrill Lynch. She began her career with Arthur Andersen. Ms. Roach holds a bachelor’s degree in finance from University of Notre Dame and a master’s degree in strategic human resources and organizational design from Cornell University. She is also a graduate of the Harvard Business School executive education program.
Chief Information Officer
Jay Silberkleit
Jay Silberkleit leads XPO’s technology organization, the capstone of an 18-year career as an enterprise systems leader with Fortune 500 companies that have complex technology-centric operations. Mr. Silberkleit joined XPO as vice president, enterprise architecture in 2012, shortly after the company was founded, and was instrumental in creating XPO’s technology ecosystem, including its digital brokerage platform. In 2021, he was named senior vice president, technology, with responsibility for the company’s optimization initiatives in less-than-truckload. Mr. Silberkleit came to XPO from Waste Management, Inc., where he served as principal software engineer.
Chief Legal Officer
Wendy Cassity
Wendy Cassity leads XPO’s legal and compliance functions, including corporate governance, litigation and commercial matters. Prior to joining the company in March 2023, Ms. Cassity served as chief legal officer at Nuance Communications, Inc., and previously held general counsel positions at Zaya Group, a publicly traded communications infrastructure company, and at Thompson Creek Metals, a publicly traded natural resources company. Ms. Cassity has also served in private practice as a corporate transactional attorney at McDermott Will & Emery, LLP, and at Cravath Swaine & Moore, LLP. Ms. Cassity holds a bachelor’s degree in English and History from the University of Arizona, and a juris doctorate from Columbia Law School.
Chief Strategy Officer
Ali Faghri
Ali Faghri is responsible for XPO’s strategy and analysis of growth opportunities, as well as oversight of the company’s engagement with the investment community. Prior to joining XPO, Mr. Faghri was a prominent Wall Street analyst who specialized in the automotive sector, where he covered market leaders in manufacturing, retail and mobility, such as Tesla, CarMax, AutoZone and Uber. He held senior roles with global investment firms for over a decade, including Guggenheim Partners, LLC, where he was a managing director and led the automotive team. Mr. Faghri holds a degree in engineering from Cornell University.
Chief Communications Officer
Michael Abrahams
Michael Abrahams is responsible for the effective communication of XPO’s strategy and culture with its key stakeholders. He oversees corporate and financial communications, reputation management, employee communications, media relations and digital engagement. Mr. Abrahams has three decades of experience in senior communications roles. Prior to XPO, he was a partner with FGS Global, where he served as a lead advisor to multiple Fortune 500 companies worldwide. Earlier, he managed strategic communications for a major U.S. media organization and worked in U.S. politics. Mr. Abrahams holds a master’s degree in public policy from the Eagleton Institute of Politics at Rutgers University and a bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Wisconsin.
President, East Division
Tim Staroba
Tim Staroba leads operations for the East Division of XPO. A transportation industry veteran, Mr. Staroba began his XPO journey in 1996 as an employee in the account management center. He subsequently moved into operations as a service center manager, and took on a progression of operational roles with increasing responsibility. In 2016, Mr. Staroba joined CFI and served as president until 2018, when he moved to Navajo Express to take positions as executive vice president and president. In 2020 he rejoined the XPO team as senior vice president of operations, and was promoted to president of the East Division in October 2021. Mr. Staroba holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Western Michigan University.
President, West Division
Tony Graham
Tony Graham leads operations for the West Division of XPO. Mr. Graham began his career with the company in 1997 as a service center manager. He was appointed as a national account executive in 2000, and was promoted to director of sales in 2006. In 2012, Mr. Graham assumed the role of director of pricing for operations, where he oversaw revenue and profit management, contract review and negotiation and account strategy. In 2015, Mr. Graham became region vice president, and in 2018 he was promoted to senior vice president, revenue management. He took the position of president of the West Division in 2021. Mr. Graham studied psychology at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
President, Transport – Europe
Luis Gómez
Luis Gómez leads XPO’s transportation business unit in Europe, with responsibility for truck brokerage, less-than-truckload and other transportation operations. Mr. Gómez joined XPO upon the company’s acquisition of Norbert Dentressangle SA, where he led the growth of the transportation business in Iberia. He has more than 20 years of industry experience, including earlier executive roles in finance with Christian Salvesen and Transportes Gerposa (now XPO). He holds a degree in business administration from the University of Cantabria in Spain, and has completed executive management programs from the Sloan School of Management at Massachusetts Institute of Technology and IMD Business School in Switzerland.
Senior Vice President, Sales Operations and Customer Experience
Diana Brown
Diana Brown is responsible for the infrastructure that supports XPO’s sales operations team, including territory management, compensation and analytics. Additionally, Ms. Brown leads the company’s customer experience team in onboarding new accounts and ensuring high customer satisfaction. Her career spans more than two decades in senior roles with customer-centric sales and service organizations, including head of customer success for Amazon Business. Prior to Amazon, she served as senior director, network and financial solutions with SAP and with Ariba. Ms. Brown holds an MBA degree from Anderson Graduate School of Management at UCLA, and a bachelor’s degree in mathematics and economics from Indiana University.

Anthony Hoereth
Anthony Hoereth is responsible for leading the company’s sales operations to meet revenue and sales targets. This includes developing the sales strategy, driving account growth and fostering new customer acquisitions. With a background of leadership roles in both sales and operations, Mr. Hoereth has 30 years of less-than-truckload experience, 26 with this organization. Prior to his current role, Mr. Hoereth was responsible for leading operations in the Midwest. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration from Marian University.
Vice President, Field Sales
Marissa Christensen
Marissa Christensen leads XPO’s field sales organization, with responsibility for executing XPO’s growth strategy in the company's local sales channel in North America. Since joining XPO in 2012, she has held sales leadership positions of increasing scope, including director, local sales; director, national sales; and vice president, national and third-party logistics sales channels. Ms. Christensen has served in her current role since 2023.

Brad Jacobs
Brad Jacobs has started eight companies, leading each of them to become a billion-dollar or multi-billion-dollar enterprise. These include three publicly traded companies: XPO, Inc., United Rentals, Inc. and United Waste Systems, Inc. Under his leadership, XPO and United Rentals were among the 10 best-performing stocks of the last decade. Prior to starting XPO in 2011, Mr. Jacobs founded United Rentals in 1997 and led the company for 10 years as chairman, including six years as chief executive officer. He founded United Waste Systems in 1989 and served for eight years as chairman and chief executive officer. Mr. Jacobs serves as chairman and chief executive officer of QXO, Inc. and as non-executive chairman of the boards of GXO Logistics, Inc. and RXO, Inc., both publicly traded spin-offs of XPO.

Allison Landry
Allison Landry is a former senior transportation research analyst with Credit Suisse, covering the trucking, railroad, airfreight and logistics industries. Previously, Ms. Landry served as a financial analyst and senior accountant with OneBeacon Insurance Co. (now Intact Insurance Specialty Solutions). Ms. Landry serves on the board of directors of QXO, Inc. She holds an MBA degree from Boston University’s Questrom School of Business, and a bachelor’s degree in psychology from College of the Holy Cross.

Johnny C. Taylor, Jr.
Johnny C. Taylor, Jr. is president and chief executive officer of SHRM, the Society of Human Resources Management. Mr. Taylor’s career spans more than 20 years as a lawyer and executive with not-for-profit and for-profit organizations, including IAC, Paramount Pictures, Blockbuster Entertainment Group and the Thurgood Marshall College Fund. He has served as chairman of the President's Advisory Board on Historically Black Colleges and Universities and on the White House American Workforce Policy Advisory Board. He is a trustee of the University of Miami, a member of the National Board of Governors of the American Red Cross, and a member of the corporate boards of Guild Education and iCIMS, Inc. Mr. Taylor is a contributor to USA Today and a Fellow of the National Academy of Human Resources. He holds a juris doctor degree and a master’s degree from Drake University, and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Miami.

Bella Allaire
Bella Allaire is executive vice president of technology and operations with Raymond James Financial, Inc., and was previously managing director and chief information officer of UBS Wealth Management Americas. Earlier, she served for 26 years in various senior technology leadership roles at Prudential Securities, Inc. Ms. Allaire was born in Ukraine and earned her bachelor’s degree from Lviv University.

J. Wes Frye
J. Wes Frye is the former chief financial officer of Old Dominion Freight Line, Inc. (ODFL). He retired in 2015 after serving as CFO for the last 18 years of his 30-year tenure. Over the course of his career with ODFL, Mr. Frye was instrumental in creating the company’s customer-centric culture, and executed numerous initiatives that led to approximately $3 billion of revenue growth. Additionally, he built the finance organization, established the incentive compensation structure and introduced software applications for business intelligence, forecasting, pricing and KPI management. He holds an MBA degree in finance from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, and a bachelor’s degree in business administration from Appalachian State University.

Michael Jesselson, president of Jesselson Capital Corp, serves as a director of C-III Capital Partners LLC, Clarity Capital and other private companies, as well as several philanthropic organizations. Mr. Jesselson was a longstanding director of American Eagle Outfitters, Inc., where he served as lead independent director.

Irene Moshouris
Irene Moshouris was with United Rentals, Inc. for 17 years, most recently as senior vice president and treasurer, before retiring in 2023. Prior to United Rentals, she served in finance management roles with Avon Products and GTE Corp. Ms. Moshouris has a bachelor’s degree in accounting and economics from Queens College, a Master of Laws degree in tax law and taxation from New York University School of Law, and a juris doctor degree from Brooklyn Law School.
