Introducing your new XPO website experience
Your XPO website has a new look, with a shipment map, a customizable attention list, financial insights, and more ways to filter your shipments. Here’s a tour of what’s new and where to find the tools you use every day.
Start with a clear view of your shipments
When you log in, the new Shipments Overview brings together key activity, items that need your attention, and a map of shipments currently in transit.
Looking for your shipment list? Select Shipments in the top navigation. You can also start a quote, request a pickup, or create a bill of lading using the New Quote, New Pickup, and Create BOL buttons near the top of the page.

Go from a summary to the details
Four summary boxes give you a quick look at:
- In Transit
- Pending Pick-Ups
- Open Claims
- Outstanding Invoices
Select a box to open the corresponding area of the website and review the related records. For example, selecting Open Claims takes you to the claims page filtered to your open claims.
Focus on what needs your attention
The Needs your attention section highlights:
- Premium shipments at risk
- Appointed shipments at risk
- In-bond shipments
- Shipments with an active alert
- Shipments with pending appointments
- Past-due invoices
Select View next to an item to review the details.
You can also customize this section to match your responsibilities. Select the gear icon to choose which items appear. For example, if you don’t manage invoices, you can hide the past-due invoice item.
See shipments across the XPO network
The map shows shipments currently in transit, grouped by their current location in the XPO network. Each dot’s color summarizes the status of the shipments represented by that dot:
- Red — Alert: At least one shipment has an active, time-sensitive alert.
- Yellow — Potential Delay: No shipments have an active alert, but at least one is at risk of being late.
- Green — On Time: All shipments represented by the dot are tracking on time.
A red or yellow dot does not mean every shipment in that group has an issue. The color highlights the status that needs the most attention within the group.
Explore your shipping costs with Financial Overview
Want to review historical activity and costs? Select View Financial Overview next to the Shipments Overview heading.
Choose a date range at the top of the page using a preset option or Custom Date. Then select one of the first three summary boxes on the left to switch between total spend, average spend per shipment, and accessorial spend.
Understand your total spend
Select Spend (USD) to see shipping costs over time, broken down into:
- Linehaul
- Fuel
- Accessorials
The chart also shows shipment volume, helping you compare spending with shipping activity. Additional charts show weight and miles over time.

Compare average spend per shipment
Select Spend per Shipment (USD) to see how average shipping costs change over time, with the same breakdown of linehaul, fuel, and accessorials.
The supporting charts show weight per shipment and miles per shipment, providing additional context as you review cost trends.

Review your accessorial costs
Select Accessorial Spend (USD) to see a breakdown of accessorial charges.
The ring chart displays the top seven accessorial categories, with the remaining categories grouped into Other. Below the chart, the All Accessorials table lists accessorial codes, descriptions, dollar amounts, and shipment counts. Select Download to download the table.

Find the shipments you need with new filters
Your shipment list is still available under Shipments in the top navigation. It now includes quick filters and additional filtering options to help you focus on the shipments you want to review.
You’ll also find tabs for Pickup Requests, Quotes, Bills of Lading, and Notifications and Reports in this area.

- Active Alerts
For example, select Delivering Today when you want to review shipments that currently have today as an estimated delivery date.
Narrow your view with More Filters
Select More Filters to open additional options. You can filter by:
- Pickup or delivery city, state, and postal code
- Pickup date or delivery/estimated delivery date
- Shipment progress
- Delayed/at-risk status
- Active alert
- Account
- Whether an appointment is scheduled
- Premium service
These options help you find a more specific group of shipments—for example, shipments going to a particular delivery city or shipments associated with a particular account.
